Rules for coexistence and operation
Internal Regulations
To ensure a pleasant stay for all pilgrims, we ask for compliance with the following rules and recommendations.
General Rules
- Check-in: Between 12:30 PM and 9:00 PM. (Notify if arriving later).
- Check-out: Maximum by 9:00 AM.
- Registration: Mandatory to present ID, driver's license, or passport.
- Minors: Must always be accompanied by adults.
- Includes: Mattress and pillow cover, individual locker, use of the golf course and astronomical observation (weather permitting).
- Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- Emergencies: Phone +34 622 827 990.
Reservations & Cancellations
- Confirmation: The reservation is effective only after receiving the confirmation email.
- Cancellation: The free period ends 24h before 12:30 PM on the day of entry.
- No show: If you don't show up before 5:00 PM without notice, the reservation is cancelled.
- Payments: Cash and card payments are accepted at check-in.
Schedule and Silence
- Lights: Main lights go out at 9:00 PM (individual light available).
- Silence: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect everyone's rest.
- Coexistence: Show courtesy and respect towards staff and other guests.
Rooms and Bunks
- Waste: Do not leave trash on the floor or beds; use the bins.
- Food: Eating in the rooms is not allowed.
- Energy: Each bunk has an individual power outlet.
- Audio: Use of headphones is mandatory for music or videos.
- Lockers: Must be cleared upon departure.
Common Areas
- Kitchen: Microwave, tableware, and sink at your disposal.
- Library: Treat books correctly and put them back after use.
- Smoking: Smoking is only allowed outside.
Bathrooms and Laundry
- Showers: Hot water included. Please be brief if others are waiting.
- Laundry: Hand over clothes to staff for washing/drying service.
- Hygiene: Please do not use any paper other than the toilet paper provided.
First Aid and Services
- First Aid: Available for common injuries (no medical staff).
- WIFI: We do not have a WIFI network (good mobile coverage available).
- TV: For public use in the bar area.
Your Rights
- Receive exact, objective, and complete information.
- Obtain documents proving your contract and receipts.
- Formulate complaints or claims (forms available at reception).
Your Obligations
- Identify yourself for registration.
- Pay public prices upon entry.
- Make good use of facilities and furniture.
- Communicate anomalies or breakages to staff.
