Minors must be accompanied by adults. The cost of each bed includes: mattress and pillow cover, individual locker, use of the golf course and astronomical observation (when conditions allow). Prices include VAT. Payments must be made at the entrance, in case of having made an advance payment, it will be discounted at that time. Cash, card and bizum payments are accepted. Pets will not be able to access the hostel building in any case. Furniture may not be moved or rearranged in any area. In case of emergency you can call us at ---------.

Reservations and cancellationsbutton text list element 2The reservations will be effective once the corresponding confirmation email has been received by the accommodation. Reservation requests will be answered within a maximum period of 24 hours. An estimate of the cost of the stay will be included in the response. If the request does not receive a response within 3 days, it will be deemed not accepted. If the interested party does not show up at the accommodation before 6:00 p.m. without prior notice, the reservation is considered canceled and the accommodation may freely dispose of said reservation. There is a maximum period of 30 days to make the refund of a canceled reservation.

lighting schedulebutton text list element 3The main lights in the rooms will be turned off from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the next day. Each guest will have individual light. The rest of the lights in the accommodation will work normally.

House Rulesbutton text list element 4Quiet hours must be respected (from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) to let the rest of the sheltered rest. You can only smoke in the non-roofed areas. The remains must be deposited in the bins. The access of invited or unregistered people to the accommodation must be previously approved by the staff. The sheltered must respect basic rules of behavior and show a minimum of civility. The client exempts from all responsibility derived from their acts the owner and workers of the accommodation. In case of not complying with these rules, the client may be expelled from the accommodation, being charged for possible expenses incurred. Accommodation Hospitals is not responsible for the actions of customers with third parties.

bunk areaItem LinkQuiet hours (from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) must be respected, as well as the rest of the room's users. The lockers work with a key, this will be delivered at the entrance. For this, €1 must be deposited as a deposit that will be returned upon departure. The lockers must be left free on departure. We have a storage area. Accommodation Hospitals is not responsible for robberies and thefts in any dependency. Each bunk has an individual power outlet. All devices must be silent during quiet hours. If you want to listen to music or any other activity that involves sound, please use headphones. The main lights will go out at 22:00. It is not allowed to eat in the rooms. Do not deposit rubbish on the floor or on the beds, there are litter bins set up throughout the accommodation.

Common zonesItem LinkThe accommodation has a small kitchen with a microwave for the guests. If you have doubts about the use of any device, do not hesitate to ask the staff. The accommodation has a small library area, please treat the books correctly and put them back in their place once finished.

Toilets and washing areaItem LinkHot water for showers and sinks is included in the price. Please do not extend the shower time too long if there are people waiting. If the toilet paper runs out, notify reception, do not use another type of paper. To carry out washing, the clothes must be delivered to the staff and indicate if they also want drying or not. Once the clothes are made, they will be returned to the interested party.

TV, computers and WIFI networkItem LinkIn the bar area there is a television for public use. If you are interested in seeing something special, let the accommodation staff know. There is no Wi-Fi network in the accommodation, so we cannot provide this service due to limitations beyond our control. However there is good mobile data coverage. In case you need internet for an emergency, it will be provided without any problem.

Obtain as many documents as evidence of the terms of your contract and, in any case, the corresponding receipts. Respect the provisions of these Hospital Accommodation regulations and the instructions issued by the management or staff of the hostel. Make good use of the facilities and their equipment and services. Communicate to the staff of the facilities the operating anomalies, breakages and deficiencies that you observe. Respect the rights of other people, especially in the use of common facilities. Behaving correctly in the facilities, facilitating at all times the work of the hostel staff and coexistence with other sheltered people. Respect the opening and closing times of the hostel, following the instructions of the hostel staff. Any other obligations arising from current legislation or this regulation.
